The Philadelphia Flyers are rebuilding with a strong 2026-27 prospect pyramid.
They completed the 2026 NHL Draft with three picks in the first two rounds.
A prospect is defined as a player who has not played in more than 25 NHL games in any preceding seasons.
The Flyers had forward Denver Barkey graduate from this list after playing 43 regular-season contests in 2025-26.
The tier-list system defines the prospects' potential.
Tier 1 is a superstar, Tier 2 is a top-half-of-the-lineup skater, and Tier 3 is a middle-of-the-lineup skater.
The Flyers are currently 8th in the Eastern Conference with a 43-27 record, on a W3 streak.
They lost their last game 2-3 to the Carolina Hurricanes on 2026-05-09.
Porter Martone is a 19-year-old prospect who made an impact in his nine regular-season games in 2025-26.
He recorded six goals and nine assists in 19 total contests.
Martone is considered a surefire star with his high-volume shot and hockey sense.
Egor Zavragin is a netminder who saw a reduced workload in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) in 2025-26.
He played only 12 games but had impressive numbers over the last two seasons.
Zavragin ranks 19th out of 35 in save percentage (.918) and goals-against average (2.53) among goalies with at least 50 games played.
The Flyers' prospect pyramid has decent upside throughout the pool.
And with only 21 prospects represented, the list is stricter than in the past.
But the Flyers are hopeful for the future with their strong prospects.
So they will look to build on their current streak.
